As our Bookkeeper, you will work directly with and assist our Accountant with accounts receivable, debt collection, accounts payable, reconciliations, and fleet management, all being delivered with a high attention to detail and accuracy!  

With excellent communication skills, you’ll also provide support to our administration team for credit enquiries, customer payments, and vendor management. Enjoy a fast-paced and supportive work culture that values honesty and initiative and will help you succeed.

 In this role, you will:

• Have a basic understanding of Accounting Processes 
• Provide support to the Accountant
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers/vendors
• Ensure compliance with all relevant National and State legislation
• Be an approachable team member who builds trust and positive relationships with all team members 

Here’s who we’re looking for

We want you to succeed! To do so, you will ideally have: 

• Xero experience is preferable
• Experience in a similar role
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A positive approach and willingness to take initiative
• Excellent customer service - this is vital for what we do
• Effective time-management skills to keep the team on track
• Honesty and integrity
• The desire to keep learning and improving
