Our client is a well-established and growing accounting and advisory firm based in Cairns, providing bookkeeping, taxation and business advisory services to businesses across a wide range of industries. As a fully cloud-based Xero practice, they focus on building long-term client relationships, delivering practical solutions and continually improving through technology and innovation. 

Due to continued growth, they're looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join their collaborative team. Reporting directly to the Senior Bookkeeper, you'll manage a portfolio of clients, preparing bookkeeping, payroll and BAS while delivering exceptional service and building trusted client relationships. 

To be successful, you'll have at least 2 years' bookkeeping experience, ideally gained within an Australian public practice accounting firm, together with solid experience managing multiple clients. You'll be confident using Xero, have strong organisational skills, enjoy learning new technology (including AI tools), and take pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work. Xero Certification will be highly regarded.
