We are currently seeking a Bookkeeper / Business Admin to play a crucial role in supporting our financial, sales, marketing, and operational functions. This role is designed for someone who is highly motivated, results-driven, and capable of juggling various administrative tasks that ensure the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily:
- Reconciling all Xero bank accounts
- Accounts Receivables
- Accounts Payable
- Actioning/responding to all emails received
- Overdue invoice follow up
Monthly:
- Building monthly reports for key steak-holders
- Emailing debtor statements
- Reconciling PayPal, Shopify, and After Pay to Xero
- Reconciling SOH balance in Unleashed to Xero
- Payroll
- Reconciling Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet
- Collaborating with Operations for monthly stock take
Business Administration:
- Supporting the marketing and wholesale teams
- Collaborating with the operations team on inventory management and procurement tasks
- Handling a variety of administrative tasks to support the overall business functions.
Ideal Candidate Attributes:
- Proven experience in bookkeeping, preferably with exposure to Xero and Unleashed software, shopify etc.
- Strong administrative skills, with the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for problem-solving
- Familiarity with digital platforms and systems used for sales, customer management, and inventory.
- A team player with a positive attitude, dedication, and a willingness to learn and grow.
- Flexibility to adapt to the evolving needs of the business.
