Bookkeeper - Room for Advancement

Convenient location with free parking on-site when working from our Malaga office. The role will be based from our office and from clients offices as required.

The position can be Full-Time or Part-Time by negotiation.

Main duties:

Preparing BAS and IAS

Payroll

Accounts Receivable/Debtor Management

Accounts Payable

Bank Reconciliations

Experience:

Essential - High Level of Accuracy

Essential - Ability to work autonomously

Essential - Ability to prioritise workloads and meet strict deadlines

Essential - Driver's license required as part of this role will be based in clients offices

Desirable - 3yrs experience with Accounts for Multiple Entities

Desirable - 3yrs previous Experience in a Similar Position

Desirable - 3yrs experience with Software Package MYOB, Xero, QB
