Bookkeeper - Senior - Innovative Company

LJL Bookkeeping Services has a casual position available for a suitability experienced Bookkeeper.

We are a small team of Bookkeepers and BAS agents working with a variety of clients from a range of industries which provides excellent variety in your work day.

Due to the nature of the client work to be completed, you will be required to work from our office.  We value the positive environment, support for each other and our clients, that working together brings.  The position which is initially 10 to 15 hours per week offers flexible working hours for a work life balance.    

The successful applicant will have the ability to work independently as well as part of the team and be able to complete tasks efficiently and accurately. 

Skills and Experience:

• Cert IV in Accounting or Similar
• At least 5 years experience in a similar role
• Be confident with end of month and quarter processes
• Advanced knowledge of Xero Accounting software 
• Strong knowledge and experience in payroll
• Excellent time management and organisation skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities

Additional knowledge of other accounting software along with TPAR & Qleave processes, whilst not necessary will been viewed favorably.

There will be further opportunity in the future to grow this role to additional hours if desired.  LJL Bookkeeping Services are committed to employing for long term.  This role is not suitable for contractors or remote applicants.
