Bookkeeper 

• Full Time or Part Time (4 days per week) 
• Braeside Office 

We are on the lookout for a Bookkeeper( Accounts Payable) to join our team. We are seeking someone with boundless energy and a passion for excellence and multi-tasking.

• Immediate Start
• On-site parking
• Gym Access
• The Accounts Officer will work alongside a dynamic team to support our key activities.
• Accounts Payable function
• Process weekly payroll.
• Setup, maintain and add payroll categories as required.
• Assist in the preparation of BAS 
• Reconcile Bank accounts.

General Administration:

• Respond to email enquiries.
• Produce Monthly Xero Dashboard reports to the director

Qualifications, Skill and Experience:

• Cert IV or Diploma in Accounting and Bookkeeping (desirable)
• Minimum 3+ years Accounts Officer or Bookkeeping/ Accounts Payable experience
• Proficiency in XERO account software
• Advanced Microsoft Office Package skills, particularly Excel 
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and independence.
• High level of attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• A positive team player attitude whilst being able to work autonomously
