We are a dynamic and growing organisation looking for someone with extensive years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting to join our team in Punchbowl. You will be responsible for payroll, bookkeeping, reporting, bank reconciliation or bank feeds, superannuation, etc.
Responsibilities: - Managing Accounts Receivable and Account Payable
- Payroll processing and preparing financial or weekly reports
- Business Administration, data processing and reconciliations
- Support other ad-hoc tasks as assigned, able to multitask
Requirements: - Years of experience in XERO, payroll, and bookkeeping
- Previously worked for a Construction/Plumbing Industry is desirable
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Ability to build relationships with vendors and stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
