Bookkeeper/Admin Assistant - Civil - $85k-$100k super

Working within a varied role you will be responsible for:

• Preparing and lodging superannuation, long service leave, ATO reporting and lodging PAYG, BAS, and IAS
• Managing profit and loss statements, performing bank reconciliations and resolving end-of-month rollovers
• process payments for Subcontractors and suppliers
• Handling accounts payable, and processing payroll as needed
• Prepare preliminary contracts for subcontractors and suppliers
• Liasing with key stakeholders 

About you:

• 4+ years of experience working in a similar role within the Civil construction industry preferred
• Must have experience with Payroll/ATO/BAS/IAS/PAYG 
• Accounts Payable experience 
• Proactive with high attention to detail and the willingness to learn
• Ability to meet deadlines
