The role of Bookkeeping Team Leader at PBS.

As one of PBS’ talented Bookkeeping Team Leaders, you demonstrate empathy towards your clients, a natural ability to work within a team, and of course - an unparalleled understanding of Australian GST and payroll compliance.

The essence of the role is simple -

• Deliver Full Function Bookkeeping and Payroll Processing and Compliance
• Nurture Client and Team Relationships
• Leverage Systems and Technology
• Work From Home (with monthly and annual in-person meetings)

What you bring to the table -

• Team leadership skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour
• 10+ years experience delivering end-to-end bookkeeping and payroll
• 5+ years experience using Xero
• Current BAS Agent Registration
• Proactive problem solving and initiative
• Exceptional time management skills

Extra points if you have experience in the following -

• VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
• Karbon
• Employment Hero Payroll
• Employment Hero HR
