About the role

As a Bottle Shop Retail Attendant, you will be required to focus on providing superior customer service and possess a friendly, enthusiastic, and energetic personality.   We are looking for experienced, motivated, and outgoing individuals who can work in a small team, but also who can use their own initiative working unsupervised.  The right candidates will have a passion for providing customers with a great shopping experience whilst maintaining our top customer service reputation.

The positions available are casual, working to a roster which will include covering day, night and weekends.

Skills and experience
Successful candidates will have the following:

• Proven experience (minimum 12 months) in the retail/hospitality service industry, as is knowledge of liquor laws.
• Product knowledge and stock handling processes.
• Maintaining store presentation to the highest level.
• Loading and unloading of deliveries (may involve heavy lifting).
• Can display a permanent focus on service and customer experience.
• Has a reliable, honest attitude and the ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure in a fast paced environment, whilst working as a team player.
• The right candidate must have excellent communication skills and be professionally presented and groomed at all times.
• Will hold relevant certificates including (QLD) RSA.
• Passionate, committed, and responsible individuals are who we are seeking, as well as, having flexible availabilities to work nights, weekends, public holidays.
• Must hold a valid Drivers Licence.
