Branch Allocator

Position Overview:

An exciting opportunity for a passionate and motivated person to join our Service Team.

Reporting directly to the Service Administration Supervisor, this entry level position provides a solid grounding from which to learn our business and customers. The successful applicant will be provided with full training and ongoing support to ensure success within the role.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Allocate calls to the Field Service Technician as required
• Create and amend customer records
• Log any breakdown requests

Skills and Experience:

• Relationship focused
• Strong presentation skills
• Good communication skills
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
