Your new role
As the Branch Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day operations of a close-knit branch team, ensuring outstanding service delivery, smooth branch operations, and a positive customer experience. You will coach and develop your team, oversee compliance and risk controls, and drive sales outcomes that put customer needs first.
In this role, you will:

• Lead and develop a small team to deliver excellent everyday banking experiences
• Oversee branch operations, compliance, cash handling and customer escalations
• Drive sales and service outcomes aligned with customer needs
• Support training, performance reviews and capability development
• Manage personal lending applications where required, ensuring quality and compliance

What you'll need to succeed

• Leadership experience in banking, financial services or a similar customer-facing environment
• Strong communication skills and the ability to coach and motivate others
• Proven customer service capability and confidence handling challenging situations
• Tier 2 accreditation
• Solid understanding of branch operations
