The Branch Manager is responsible for managing service delivery in the Tasmania branch. They will be responsible for the day-to-day operational requirements of service delivery with appropriate services to clients which best meets their needs through the allocation of home support staff, meeting applicable Government and Company standards. Provide day-to-day support and supervision for the service delivery team. To provide continuous improvement and coordination of effective and efficient systems.
All responsibilities must be undertaken in line with the Policies and Procedures under the NDIS guidelines. The Branch Manager embodies the company values of Respect, Integrity, Quality and Commitment.
Ongoing Duties and Responsibilities
Develop strategic plans for optimized productivity with branch-focused business development and sustainability.
Attend networking events/ industry meetings to raise awareness and profile in the area.
Increase client pool by developing marketing strategies to penetrate the NDIS market and
Monitor and analyse weekly sales and reports and discuss progress with Operations Manager and Director.
Seek out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationships.
Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivated work environment, and creating innovative approaches for improvement.
Uphold standards of excellence and superior quality
Provide guidance and feedback to help others strengthen specific knowledge/skill areas.
Oversee the management of TAS to ensure the achievement of business plans and budgets.
Communicate performance expectations and support the team by building required competencies, providing feedback, and managing behaviours and performance gaps.
Monitor individual and team performance and workload and take action to address learning and development needs and performance issues.
Provide a safe, healthy and hazard-free environment for staff, and ensure both employer and employee obligations are met.
Oversee day-to-day operations, assigning weekly performance goals and assuring their completion, while accomplishing your own goals
Recruit, onboard, and train high-performing employees to achieve sales, profitability, market share, and business plan objectives.
Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are accomplished on time.
Develop, implement, and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans.
Delegate responsibilities to the best employees to perform them while enforcing all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs, and cultural values.
