Position Overview The Branch Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and success of the Rehab Business Unit branch in St Kilda, VIC.
Key Responsibilities: - Continue the branch's current success and oversee the daily operations, including procurement, inventory management, delivery, and maintenance services.
- Ensure operational policies and procedures to provide effective service delivery.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure targets are met.
- Manage the supply chain process, including sourcing, purchasing, and inventory control of mobility equipment and parts.
- Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure equipment meets safety and performance standards.
- Support the existing team - 10 staff
- Work with the team to ensure continued success and a positive work environment
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Analyse and prepare financial reports. Identify areas for efficiency and improvements.
- Collaborate with senior management to deliver strategic plans for the growth and improvement of the branch
- Identify opportunities for new services, process improvements, and market expansion.
- Based in St Kilda - Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm hours

Skills & Experience - Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field - highly regarded
- Experienced in an Operations Management role in the medical equipment or healthcare industry.
- Experience managing teams and budgets with a proven track record of success
- Excellent leadership skills - proven track record of delivering successful teams and business objectives
- Operations management experience
- Live in, or close to St Kilda and able to attend the branch daily
- Australian Citizen or PR
