Branch Sales Coordinator

A great opportunity now exists for a Customer Service/Sales Superstar to join our small & friendly team for an Immediate start.

About the Role:

You will be the first point of contact with both face to face and telephone customers, assisting clients with end-to-end service from Sales/Enquiries to Picking & Packing Orders ready for Customer Collections, so a diverse mix of day-to-day duties.

 Primary Responsibilities: 

• Counter sales and enquiries, entering sales orders
• Picking and packing of orders, cutting material using an up-cut saw
• Operating forklifts for loading / unloading of trucks
• Vetting orders
• Product support to customers.

About You:

You will be a self-motivated person who enjoys working in a high-performance culture. To be considered applicants MUST have:

• good and confident computer literacy skills
• experience in a similar role / industry with current forklift licence
• a reliable work history with a good attitude to safety 
• the ability to express yourself clearly and concisely.
