Your new role
As a Branch Teller, you'll support customers across face-to-face, phone and digital channels. You will handle everyday transactions, respond to enquiries, and provide helpful product guidance.In this role, you will:

• Process banking transactions accurately
• Assist with cash handling and branch operations
• Resolve customer enquiries across multiple channels
• Identify opportunities to recommend suitable products
• Contribute to a positive, team-focused branch environment

What you'll need to succeed

Customer service experience in a face-to-face or phone setting

Strong communication and rapport-building skills

Ability to identify customer needs and offer relevant solutions

Cash handling or transactional experience (desirable)
