Help shape the future of one of Australia's most loved wine brands

For generations, Tatachilla has been bringing people together over great wine, good times and unforgettable moments.

Today, the brand is entering an exciting new phase, with a packed calendar of experiential activations, on-premise partnerships, innovation projects and new product launches set to hit the market over the next 12 months.

We're looking for an experienced Brand Manager for a 10 month fixed term contract. You'll jump straight in, take ownership and bring the Tatachilla story to life wherever consumers discover, experience and enjoy the brand.

This is not a role for someone looking for their first step into brand management. We're looking for a proven marketer who thrives in fast-paced execution, knows how to get things done through agencies and stakeholders, and loves seeing great ideas come to life in market.

What You'll Be Doing

As part of Vinarchy's ANZ Marketing team based in Sydney, you'll lead the delivery of Tatachilla's annual brand plan across a broad marketing mix, bringing together creativity, commercial thinking and flawless execution.

You'll be:

Leading integrated campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, shopper and experiential channels.

Driving a significant program of events, experiences and on-premise activations that put Tatachilla directly into the hands of consumers.

Managing new product development and innovation projects from concept through to launch.

Briefing and collaborating with creative, media, experiential and production partners to deliver standout work.

Working closely with Sales and Shopper Marketing teams to maximise brand impact in market.

Managing a substantial marketing budget and ensuring every dollar works hard for the brand.

What We're Looking For

You've already built a successful career as a Brand Manager and can point to campaigns, launches and activations you've personally led from brief to execution.

You'll bring:

Proven Brand Manager experience within FMCG, beverages, consumer goods or a comparable category.

Strong all-round marketing capability across ATL, BTL, digital, shopper and experiential marketing.

Experience delivering events, brand activations and experiential campaigns.

Hands-on NPD and innovation experience, including managing projects through a stage-gate process.

Confidence managing agencies, developing briefs and turning ideas into impactful creative work.

Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to operate independently.

Wine experience is great, but not essential. We'd love to hear from marketers who have built consumer brands in FMCG, beverage, food or even agency environments where you've led large-scale campaigns and activations.
