THE OPPORTUNITY 

Join the DECJUBA DREAM TEAM as a Brand Marketing Manager.

As our Brand Marketing Manager, you'll report to the Head of Brand Marketing, driving product and brand storytelling across the DECJUBA channel mix and via brand initiatives. You'll collaborate closely with the CX, Buying and Retail teams to bring brand customer experience plans to life! Your role involves a high level of brand strategy, attention to detail and a get-it-done attitude, as you lead and collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver amazing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Embeds brand DNA across all customer touchpoints
• Conduct market research & competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities and potential gaps in the market
• Lead roll-out of seasonal storytelling arcs through the development of strong POVs aligned with key product moments & customer mindset
• Manage the briefing and handover of key cross-functional projects to the Channel Marketing team, inclusive of relevant brand content plans 
• Own relationship with Buying team to ensure product is promoted in timely & impactful way
• Own relationship with Retail team to ensure relevant marketing initiatives are implemented (i.e. local area marketing, store openings) and shared where required

ABOUT YOU 

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience, with proven track record of delivering successful marketing strategies - omnichannel retail experience and relevant tertiary qualification preferred
• Commercially focused mindset, with exceptional understanding of brand & interest in fashion marketing
• Strong project management skills with ability to prioritise & manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Confident and articulate communicator
• Excellent attention to detail
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and approaches challenges with solution-focused mindset
• Collaborative style; build robust relationships, confidently manages stakeholders and effectively liaises across all areas on the business.
