The Role:

We are looking for a Breakfast Chef to take on this exciting role in an already established team. The successful candidate needs to be very creative, and have the ability to cook a fresh and diverse menu that changes often. We are seeking a confident and experienced candidate who thrives under pressure, looking for a long term commitment in a highly regarded establishment. Our successful breakfast chef needs to have experience in a casual but refined setting and have high attention to detail and a drive to produce the best food in the region.

You will be rewarded with an awesome roster, requiring only day work, a competitive wage, the privilege of cooking this beautiful food and a stable and dynamic team of professionals, who are equally as passionate about ensuring exceptional quality food served with a smile.

Ideally, You Will Have:

* Experience as a Breakfast Chef in a fine dining restaurant or an on trend a la carte cafe
* Ability to work well under pressure and deliver high quality product, always
* Strong attention to detail is essential
* Flexible availability during the day (ALL DAY WORK)
* A creative mind and can do attitude
* A desire to produce fantastic dishes, consistently in a positive and passionate kitchen
