An opportunity has become available for a bright and proactive Broker Assistant to join the Steadfast NSG team in our South Brisbane office and advance their career with us.

About the Role

We are searching for an experienced Broker Assistant to join our South Brisbane team on a full-time basis, providing support to the Account Manager. With our training and support you will be comfortable and efficient in the completion of daily tasks including but not limited to processing new business, renewals, and policy preparation and maintenance including amendments and endorsements. 

Ideally you will hold experience as a Broker Assistant role and have obtained a Tier 2 in General Insurance and maintain a customer service focus.

About You

  • Experience within the insurance broking industry;
  • Experience supporting an Account Manager/ Broker (essential);
  • Experience across general insurance products (essential);
  • Hold a Tier 2 or Tier 1 in Insurance Broking qualification;
  • Strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills;
  • Process driven with good attention to detail;
  • Strong digital literacy skills.
