Auto Electrician - Site Based

Grow with us! We are currently seeking an experienced Auto Electrician to join our efficient and friendly team at a project site in QLD. Reporting to the shift Leading Hand, you will bring your extensive experience in the maintenance diagnosis and repair of Caterpillar equipment electrical and AC systems on our mobile fleet in the field and workshop areas.

About The Role

• Australian recognised Trade Certificate
  
  
  
  • Air Conditioning Refrigerant Handling License
  
  
  
  


• Previous experience in the same or similar position


• Sound knowledge of Electrical and Air-conditioning systems


• Firm understanding of CAT SIS and ET systems


• Ability to read and understand Electrical schematics.


• Understanding of statutory/legislative requirements with respect to AC system and maintenance.


• Coal Board medical and Standard 11 where required


• Working@ Heights and Confined Space HRWL preferred


• Dogging licence


• HR Drivers licence highly regarded

• You’re at the top of your game and like to be challenged.


• Highly skilled in fault finding, repairing complex electrical and air conditioning systems critical to machine performance.


• Passionate about quality of work ensuring electrical/electronic system functionality and reliability exceeds customer expectations.
