The Client
Our client is searching for a Residential Building Manager to become part of their dedicated team, which prioritises delivering exceptional customer service. The primary objective of this role is to offer proactive management of buildings, providing support and oversee contractors.
  
The Role
The Building Manager is responsible for:

• Regularly monitoring areas of common property
• Monitoring and coordinating tradespersons and inspection logs
• Managing the loading dock and deliveries
• Lift Management (bonds/bookings/removalist)
• Managing Lot Fit-outs and bonds

The Candidate

• 2+ years’ experience in Building Management 
• Excellent customer service skills 
• The ability to communicate articulately to stakeholders
• Efficient time management
• Must have a personable character and enjoy dealing with people daily
