Job Description - Bunbury - Commercial & Industrial Sales & Leasing Cadet

Our client is a leading commercial and industrial real estate agency based in Bunbury that provides a full host of real estates services. Working closely with a qualified and experienced Sales and Leasing Agent, learning all aspects of the role to effectively list, negotiate and sell/lease commercial and industrial property whilst providing additional support to the Agency department.

Preparing documentation including via REI Forms ie: Offer to Lease, Heads of Agreement or Letter of Intent and arranging for signing

Prospecting for new business and following up of all leads and referrals in a timely manner

Conduct appraisals on properties and prepare appraisal letters/submissions for both sale and for lease

Finding properties for clients

Communication,Organization Skills,Real Estate

An Interest and passion for Real Estate

A current real estate license (highly desirable)

A Drivers license and reliable vehicle

The ability to deal with strong personalities
