Join our dynamic team at Advance Record Management a leading business specializing in document storage and scanning solutions. We are committed to providing high quality services to our clients, ensuring their documents are securely stored and efficiently digitized. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and organized Business Administrator to support our operations and contribute to our success.

The Business Administrator will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of our business. This individual will be responsible for overseeing daily administrative tasks, ensuring operations across the business are undertaken in accordance with standard operating procedures whilst meeting our service level agreements.

The role will provide support to both our management team and clients. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and has a strong background in operational reporting and ensuring ongoing operational efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage daily office operations, including activity scheduling, and workforce planning.
  • Monitor and Report on operational efficiencies for all operational including time required and revenue generated.
  • Ensure operational databases are maintained in accordance with procedures ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Respond to client inquiries and communications, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Undertake daily administration tasks.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse, delivery and scanning teams to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of daily work and project work.
  • Ensure all employees are aware of their OHS environment and act in accordance OHS policies.
  • Coordinate with IT service providers support for troubleshooting and technical issues.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related discipline is desirable.
  • Proven experience as a Business Administrator with the ability to think strategically and be ‘hands-on’.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
  • The ability to use operational software and create/interpret information datasets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
