YOUR NEW ROLE/CAREER

As a KEY VIP (Very Important Person), you will be ‘linking arms’ with 2 senior partners across many areas of the business. Specifically, you will be involved in:

  • General office administration/operations (mail, diary management, office supplies) ;
  • IT/systems+ client database maintenance/updates;
  • Assisting with trust and general accounts/billing/debt collection;
  • Client liaison/relationship management (including by phone on reception/in person);
  • Marketing (social media) & events management.

WHO YOU ARE

We are interested in hearing from you if you:

  • have a minimum of 4+ years (or MORE) proven experience as an office/legal practice administrator/manager;
  • have ideally worked in a LAW FIRM (or accounting/other professional services firm);
  • have outstanding communication+ people+client-service skills;
  • are deadline driven, proactive, results-oriented, can multi-task+ highly ADAPTABLE;
  • love what you do, have lots of positive energy+ a ‘can-do/what-ever it takes’ attitude!
  • Have strong MICROSOFT OFFICE (Word/Excel/Powerpoint/Outlook) skills+ IT/tech savvy (all essential);
  • are hungry to PROGRESS your career in a KEY pivotal role with a stand-out law firm dedicated to their staff.
