About the role:

We are currently seeking a motivated Graduate Accountant to join our team. This role will provide you with hands-on experience across a broad range of accounting and taxation services while supporting your professional development within a collaborative and people-focused environment.

You will contribute to the preparation of financial statements, tax returns and compliance work for a diverse client base ranging from ASX-listed companies to small family-owned businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Preparation of year-end financial statements for companies and trusts, including ASX-listed entities and private businesses
• Assisting with compliance and reporting in line with Australian accounting and auditing standards
• Preparation of income tax returns, FBT returns, GST returns and BAS
• Superannuation fund creation, compliance and support with wealth creation and pension strategies

About you:

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

Essential

• Business / Commerce degree with Accounting Major

DEMONSTRATED EXPERIENCE & ATTRIBUTES:

Essential

• Strong Communication Skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

Desirable

• Previous work experience in Professional Services
