Business Analyst

Lime Recruitment is currently working with a government department to recruit a Business Analyst contract to 30/09/2024 plus 2 x 12 month extension based at Carseldine CBD and working from home.

In this role you will:

• Perform business requirements analysis by evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and communicating and documenting business requirements and the functional solutions.
• Lead meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings with various stakeholders.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders and users to identify and document business situations where there is some complexity and ambiguity.
• Monitor deliverables, business acceptance and sign-offs, and ensuring timely completion of activities and work packages.

To be successful you will have the ability to:

• Define and manage scoping, requirements definition and prioritisation activities for initiatives of a large size and complexity.
• Engage and collaborate with stakeholders both technical and business.
• Facilitate input from stakeholders.
• Work with stakeholders to prioritise requirements.
• Establish requirements base-lines, obtain formal agreement to requirements, and ensure requirements traceability.
• Conduct root cause analysis and identify recommendations for improvements. 
• Work within an agile team.
• Communicate clearly in a succinct and deliberate manner. 
• Respond to changing expectations by proactively adapting approach to reflect new requirements. 
• Actively participate in change engagement activities and openly support the intended outcomes.are progressively introduced and ongoing as various features are improved or upgraded)
