About the role

To support the growth, we have a new role available for a Business Analyst – Digital to join us in Brisbane where you will be responsible to help uplift our digital technologies and solutions.

As we embark on this journey of digital transformation, you'll play a crucial role in defining and scoping business requirements, driving the introduction and enhancement of digital technologies and solutions.

Collaborating with colleagues across various departments, you'll identify new requirements, develop comprehensive documentation, and spearhead the delivery of innovative digital solutions.

Your accountabilities can be divided in three sections:

Business Analysis & Definition

• Ensure that new initiatives are defined and translated
• Build trusted relationships across the organisation
• Review existing and future business processes and data
• Identify and analyse complex business challenges
• Support technology and consulting partner engagement activities
• Identify suitable digital solutions, technologies and processes

Delivery

• Build skills and experience through leading the delivery of small to mid-sized projects.
• Assume varied responsibilities across project management, change management and systems analysis.
• Coordinate collaborative efforts across the digital team, business stakeholders, and technology partners to deliver successful outcomes
• Lead the development and implementation of testing strategies for digital transformation projects
• Work with the digital leaders and SME’s to assess and implement toolsets to support effective continuous improvement
• Build business cases and benefits frameworks to support investment prioritisation and optimisation decisions
• Contribute to business stakeholder upskilling and awareness of thenology opportunities and innovation initiatives

About You

Are you a proactive and dynamic Business Analyst who thrives on making things happen? We're seeking a skilled professional with a knack for fostering strong connections and communicating effectively. Your ability to pinpoint our business requirements and collaborate with various stakeholders sets you apart.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of recent experience as a Business Analyst
• Relevant tertiary and industry recognized qualifications.
• Excellent communication, workshop, and influencing skills with the ability to translate data into insights.
