THE ROLE
Support management with the analytical tools, processes and system support to help drive the growth of business and aid in critical strategic decision making. With a commitment to optimising data, you would develop, and help implement strategic initiatives for improved efficiency and productivity. We’re currently searching for an experienced business analyst to help guide our organisation to the future.
From researching progressive systems solutions to evaluating their impacts, the ideal candidate will be a detailed planner, expert communicator, and skilled analyst. This person should also be wholly committed to the discovery and development of innovative solutions in an ever-changing healthcare landscape.
ROLE OBJECTIVES
- Lead sales and customer data analytics, and find the numbers that matter
- Support Board and executive strategy formations, and decision making with data backing
- Drive awareness of requirements across business units and identify substandard systems processes through evaluation of real-time data
- Serve as thought leader for technical business processes, developing systems prototypes that promote increased efficiency and productivity on multiple levels
- Create and implement precise management plans for every project, with attention to transparent communication at all levels
- Transform our ERP software and its usability for key staff in sales and marketing
- Upskill and train staff on using our Netsuite CRM and datasets
- Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production, to ensure maximum usability
KEY COLLABORATIONS
Chief Executive Officer, National Sales Manager, and National Account Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with key management across business units (ex: sales, finance, IT, compliance, and the Board) to develop analysis and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with production, managerial, and executive teams
- Evaluate, analyse, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain systems processes, including the delivery of monthly status reports to all appropriate parties
- Author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation
- Conduct daily systems analytics to maximize effectiveness and troubleshoot problems
- Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with partners for optimized systems integration, and respond to questions and concerns from managers and executives with supporting research and recommendations
- Lead projects on forensic accounting to better streaming customers, systems and our critical CRM and ERM software, Oracle Netsuite
- Lead the development of our ERP software for CRM, sales team training on CRM and analytical system improvements to support all staff gaining better access to the right data
- General IT support and overview of websites and learning management systems
REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
- Five or more years of experience in analytics and systems development
- Netsuite experience to a proficient level with SQL and database management
- Proven analytical abilities
- Experience in generating process documentation and reports
- Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights
PREFERRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in commerce or business with exposure to accounting
- Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft and google applications, specifically Excel with good numeracy
- Proven ability to manage projects and user testing
- Extensive experience with data visualization
- High proficiency in technical writing
- Ability and willingness to lead project task and teams
- Good communication and ability to education non IT staff on using our systems
