Your Profile

You are an experienced Business Analyst with a passion for AI and a background in technology or healthcare. You excel at bridging the gap between clinical and operational stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex needs into clear, actionable requirements with a strong eye for governance and measurable outcomes.

What is required from you

• 3+ years' experience as a Business Analyst in a technology function, ideally with exposure to data, AI or machine learning
• Proven ability to gather, document, and prioritise requirements through workshops, interviews, and stakeholder elicitation across clinical or operational environments
• Experience with AI governance frameworks, including privacy compliance (e.g. Privacy Act 1988), risk assessments, and ethical reviews
• Ability to translate complex AI concepts into clear business impacts and recommendations for a broad stakeholder audience
• Familiarity with agile or hybrid project management frameworks
• CBAP, CBDA or PMI-PBA certification highly regarded
• Strong documentation, traceability, and audit trail skills
