Business Analyst - AML/CTF Regulatory

A large organisation within the financial services industry is seeking a Business Analyst to support the delivery of critical AML / CTF regulatory reforms. You will work closely with Compliance, Risk, Technology and Operations to translate regulatory change into actionable business and system outcomes across the organisation.

Your new role - responsibilities will include:

• Support the delivery of AML / CTF regulatory reform initiatives within BAU
• Elicit, analyse and document business and functional requirements
• Translate regulatory obligations into clear, executable business and system outcomes
• Work closely with Compliance, Risk, Technology and Operations stakeholders
• Support change delivery, implementation readiness and business handover activities

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within financial services
• Strong exposure to AML / CTF, regulatory change or compliance-driven initiatives
• Strong analysis and documentation capabilities
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

What you'll get in return
This role is a 6-month fixed-term contract (rolling), offering a total package of $150k + super. The company is based in Barangaroo and offers flexibility to work in the office 3 days per week.
