The Opportunity – JL2 is looking for Business Analysts to work within the Defence environment.

Required Duties / Skills

• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions
• Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements
• Complete gap analysis of processes/requirements
• Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff
• Sound analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Experience creating reports, presentations and presenting these to an audience
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Required Experience

• A bachelor’s degree in an applicable field or 3+ years of relevant industry experience
• Previous experience in the Defence environment will be highly regarded

• Ability to apply critical thinking to tasks
• Proven ability to develop and maintain professional relationships

You Must Have

Due to client requirements, you MUST be an Australian citizen and have the ability to obtain and maintain a minimum Australian Government Security Vetting Agency clearance of Negative Vetting 1.
