As the Business Analyst for Operations & Supply Chain, based at our Fulfilment Centre in Keysborough (VIC 3175), you'll be responsible for improving our operations and supply chain. In close collaboration with the Finance team, you will contribute to business analysis, forecasting and demand planning efforts, as well as supporting various business decisions and strategic initiatives.

Your role

  • Drive business efficiency through strategic analysis and planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and implement improvements.
  • Develop and maintain demand forecasting and replenishment models to optimise production and inventory.
  • Analyse customer feedback to identify trends and improvement areas.
  • Manage production planning to align with forecasts and business objectives.
  • Support cost reduction initiatives and strategic business decisions with data analysis.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the food industry or related sector.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Proven expertise in demand planning, forecasting, and business analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools, Google Analytics, and G-suite.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively across teams.
  • Positive attitude with a commitment to making a positive impact.
