Business Analyst (Specialist) - ICT

Our client URGENTLY requires a WFM Business Analyst for 3 months + Contract in Brisbane.

The Business Analyst will undertake analysis and documentation of existing clinical rostering systems and associated business processes. The primary purpose of this role is to develop a comprehensive understanding of current rostering solutions, workflows, data structures, integrations and operational practices.

Skills and Experience required include:

• Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst delivering complex business and systems analysis engagements within large and complex organisations.
• Strong background in researching, analysing, and documenting Business Requirement Specifications (BRS), Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), and Use Cases.
• Knowledge of clinical workforce management, rostering, payroll, human resources, and finance systems is desirable.
• Experience analysing workforce management and roster-to-pay processes, and working with clinical rostering platforms and workforce management solutions within healthcare environment, is also desirable.

Government and/or healthcare experience would be highly advantageous.
