About the Role

Sitting in our Information Technology team, the Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery program slate, ensuring efficient operations and strategic alignment across various initiatives. Your analytical skills and strategic mindset will be essential in driving impactful decisions and optimizing processes within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements for development programs and projects within the Catholic Development Fund.
  • Process Improvement: Evaluate business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
  • Project Support: Implementation & integration of CDF’s new CRM tool. Provide analytical support to project managers and team members throughout the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and evaluation.
  • Vendor Management: Work closely with external vendors and partners to ensure alignment of deliverables, timelines, and quality standards, and manage relationships to drive successful project outcomes.
  • Data Management: Manage and analyse data related to financial performance, operational metrics, and program outcomes to provide insights and support decision-making.
  • User Testing: Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system functionalities, identify usability issues, and ensure solutions meet user needs and expectations.
  • Change Management: Assist in developing change management and training approaches, including producing training/user materials and delivering training sessions where required. Ensure smooth transition and adoption of new systems and processes by end-users.

Must have

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Well-developed communication, analytical and reporting skills
  • Stakeholder management

Desired Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst
  • Experience in CRM implementation
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
  • Ability to build and leverage effective internal and external relationships.
  • Prior experience working in Banking / Financial sector.
