As a Functional/Business Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in defining and documenting accountabilities within our organisation. Your responsibilities will include facilitating discussions, assessing existing roles, and creating or modifying role descriptions. Collaborating with various teams, you’ll ensure clarity and alignment across directorates, units, and individual roles.

Accountabilities:

• Facilitate, document, and assess definitions of current accountabilities at the directorate, unit, and individual role levels.
• Draft, document, and collate definitions of new and amended accountabilities resulting from design changes.
• Review, develop, and document role descriptions.

Requirements: We are seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Experience: You should have a strong background in evaluating, reviewing, creating, analyzing, and documenting accountabilities at business unit, team, and individual role levels.
• Role Analysis: Proficiency in analyzing job roles and creating or modifying role descriptions is essential.
• Public Sector Knowledge: Familiarity with the NSW Public Sector role description and capabilities structures is highly desirable.
