Job Description - Business Development / Account Manager - Immediate Start

CAV (Connected Audio Visual) is a leading Australian Distributor of multiple 12volt products. Due to our continued success and growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development / Account Manager in Queensland & Northern NSW. 

We are a growing business specialising in Dash Cameras, Powersport Cameras plus a range of Car & Marine Audio.

This is an exciting opportunity to manage an existing customer base and expand the new business in a variety of market segments.

 

About the role

Playing a key part in the success and growth of CAV, you will have the ability to display your knowledge of the automotive market. Working autonomously and supported by an experienced team, you will have the opportunity to maintain an existing client base whilst using your selling skills to grow and develop new accounts.

Duties and responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with existing customers. 
Develop and maintain a plan with your customers aided by our CRM.
Manage your own territory as if it is your own business. Work to targets and KPI's.
Identify and track new business opportunities with a high level of conversion. 
The ability to work remotely whilst maintaining key relationships.     



Skills and experience

Minimum two (2) years' experience managing customers, preferably B2B.
The ability to covert new customers and identify further opportunities with existing customers.
Well-developed interpersonal skills and have the ability to build rapport internally and externally.
Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
