Job Description - Business Development and Sales Consultant
The ideal candidate is responsible for driving the companys growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationship with clients and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Development and Sales
Identify and research potential clients and business opportunitiesDevelop strategies to approach and engage potential clientsPrepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients through virtual and onsite visitConduct market research to identify industry trends and opportunitiesAnalyze competitors and adapt strategies accordinglyProvide feedback and insights to the marketing development teamsDevelop a database of quality leads and connections
Sales Strategy and Execution:
Develop and implement sales plans to achieve company targets (referrals, promotion, etc)Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing dealsCreate and negotiate offers and contracts with clients with the assistance of the managing director
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.Understand client needs and propose appropriate solutions.Provide ongoing support to clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactionsPrepare regular reports on sales performance and business development activitiesUse CRM tools effectively to track and manage client information and sales activities
Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing and management team to develop promotional materials and campaignsCollaborate with the head office teams to provide client feedback and progress of existing and potential requirementsLiaise with other departments to ensure client requirements are met and expectations exceeded. Attend weekly, monthly meetings for update.
Role Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar roleMust have background in working with offshoring, recruitment, or a similar industryHas knowledge of different hiring requirements (contact center, back office, and digital) and the ability to provide recommendations to clients on potential roles based on the given skillsetProven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growthStrong negotiation, communication, and presentation skillsAbility to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholdersProficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office SuiteAnalytical and strategic thinking abilities, with the capabilities to handle process improvement/changesGoal-oriented and self-motivatedStrong problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent time management and organizational skillsAdaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to travel as needed, both locally and internationally, and will report to a Managing DirectorValid drivers licensePreferably sole trader with ABN
