About the role

As a Business Development Associate, you will spearhead our growth initiatives, amplifying our market presence through relationship cultivation and opportunity identification. In this role, you will also play a pivotal part in expanding the profile and utilisation of our platform within existing and prospective licensees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential leads, driving growth opportunities. 
• Meet with independent financial advisers and financial services network to foster collaboration and partnerships.
• Collaborate with our marketing team on targeted campaigns, amplifying our brand presence. 
• Guide financial advisers through the application process, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Conduct platform training sessions for new users, empowering them with the tools they need to succeed.
• Support the demonstration of new opportunities to clients, showcasing our value proposition effectively.
• Offer prompt and professional support to advisers and users.
• Drive data-driven decisions by maintaining accurate records and performance metrics.
• Identify and capitalise on market trends, staying ahead of the curve.

To be successful you will need:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, coupled with relevant tertiary qualifications is preferred.
• Proven ability to communicate, negotiate, and build relationships effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• A track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
