Context of the role

We are looking for strong individual achievers with solid GTM knowledge, network and successful sales results where they are based in Sydney, Australia.

The solid Business Development will identify, negotiate and close new customers across the region, as a strong individual contributor. The right candidate will be target driven, with a passion and sense of ownership to deliver against target. This will be a hands-on role with deep involvement in execution, leading from the front.

What you’ll do

• Own the end-to-end sales cycle -  prospect, pitch, negotiate, close, and activate


• Build and convert a high-quality pipeline of fintechs, banks, PSPs, and digital platforms


• Open new markets, landing strategic logos and unlocking revenue fast


• Drive senior-level conversations with founders, C-suite, and product teams


• Collaborate with internal teams to execute seamless go-lives and expand accounts


• Collaborate with Compliance & Legal Team in the application of AFSL licence and AUSTRAC registration of the business

What you’ll bring

• 8-10+ years in B2B payment sales, proven hunter DNA across Australia, extending to Oceania


• Strong network across PSPs, fintechs, banks, wallets, e-commerce players


• Track record of exceeding targets and closing complex commercial deals


• Execution-first mindset - proactive, resilient, self-driven, hands-on


• Fluent in English; other languages welcome
