About Us:

Ray White The Woollahra Group is expanding; to support our next phase of growth we are on the lookout for a Business Development Executive to join our team.  Servicing investors across our eclectic and beautiful core markets of Elizabeth Bay, Potts Point, Woollahra, and Paddington. 

At our core, we love property and pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and value to our clients (investors, tenants, sellers, and buyers alike).

About the opportunity.

Perhaps you are a leasing executive or experienced property manager ready to take that next step into a more sales focused role, or perhaps you are an experienced BDM looking to join a high performing team to accelerate your career.

This is a newly created role, and you will be paired with a Business Development Manager and mentor who has over 15 years' experience in Real Estate, with a supportive Head of Department with over 25 years' experience. To be successful in this role you must be self-motivated, energetic, competitive and determined.  With both quality inhouse training, mentoring and all the tech and tools to support your in achieving your targets. 

Your average day.

  • Building relationships with sales agents, colleagues, and investors alike
  • Prospecting, and cold calling to generate leads and new business opportunities
  • Continuously growing your database of potential new clients 
  • Conducting listing presentations, and advising client and supporting them through the onboarding process
  • Researching and viewing properties and building your market expertise  

You are.

  • Self-driven, proactive and driven to succeed 
  • Passionate and knowledge about Real Estate, and the eastern suburbs market 
  • You have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service  
  • Real Estate Certificate or license, clean drivers' license, own vehicle
