The Opportunity

How empowering is it to own and manage your own ‘patch’, to be given the autonomy to develop out-of-the-box solutions for your customers, challenge the status quo, do things a little differently from the rest, and simply have some fun? 

Based Wollongong or surrounding area, your territory will cover from Cronulla to and the NSW South Coast down to Eden for both the on-premise and off-premise channels with an emphasis on maintaining existing and building new mutually beneficial customer and trade relationships. When we have fun, so do our customers!

Main responsibilities include:

  • Managing the current on and off-premise business growing revenue, volume, distribution, and profits whilst leading state-based activity for your territory.
  • Identifying and driving new business opportunities.
  • Facilitating and coordinating education and training of our expansive portfolio.
  • Executing quarterly brand promotions and other activities in collaboration with the sales and marketing team’s strategy.
  • Managing a diverse customer universe, forecasts, and varied reporting, along with updating CRM accordingly.

You will enjoy the challenge of accelerating the growth of our existing incredible spirit and premium mixer brands, while also shaping and implementing your strategy to help drive our expanding RTD portfolio. The RTD innovation pipeline is one to be excited about!! 

This role reports to the State Manager for NSW who is based in Sydney and you will be part of a thriving and hugely successful sales team with an incredible mix of industry knowledge and experience. You will be working with and learning from some of the best the industry has to offer and having a great time doing it!

What are we looking for?

  • Ideally a demonstrated experience in a similar role, selling face to face in both on and off premise with  2+ years’ experience
  • A confident communicator, focused on building long term lasting relationships
  • Good commercial acumen and negotiation skills 
  • Innovative approach to win business
  • A ‘go-getter’ with a positive attitude + entrepreneurial mindset
  • Demonstrated ability and comfortability in working autonomously
  • Flexibility with travel to ensure territory is managed appropriately
  • Intermediate skill level with MS office suite & a CRM tool
