Business Development Manager

The Opportunity

Buildsafe is one of Australia's leading height safety and access solutions providers, partnering with many of the country's largest residential builders.

We're looking for a driven Business Development Manager to grow our presence across South Australia. You'll focus on developing new builder relationships, identifying growth opportunities and expanding existing accounts, while working closely with Operations to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

This is a hands-on role combining field-based client meetings with office-based quoting, CRM management and sales administration.

About You

You're a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, winning new business and delivering commercial results.

You'll bring:

• Experience in business development or sales within residential or commercial construction (essential) 


• Strong relationship-building and communication skills


• A proactive, solutions-focused approach


• CRM experience and strong organisational skills


• Current driver's licence

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business across the residential construction market


• Develop and manage builder relationships


• Conduct client meetings and site visits


• Prepare quotes and manage sales opportunities


• Maintain an active CRM pipeline


• Collaborate with Operations to ensure seamless project delivery


• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts
