About the Role
  
Due to continuous business growth, our client is seeking a dedicated, sales-oriented Business Development Manager to join their sales team.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of our client's business, identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with prospective clients, and driving revenue growth while ensuring exceptional client experiences.

By leveraging your strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and proven sales expertise, you will play a pivotal role within the sales team. Your contribution to meeting and exceeding sales targets will mean continued success in expanding the company’s market presence.

Duties:
  • Attend to customer requests and enquiries in person, over the phone and via email
  • Develop and nurture relationships with current and prospective customers
  • Implement sales strategies to improve sales growth.
  • Process quotations and sales invoices 
Skills and Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a sales or account management role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent telephone etiquette
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and multitask
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously and unsupervised
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel)
  • Great team player
