This is an opportunity to join an expanding multinational organisation specialising in Defence related projects. Become an integral part of the Business Development Management team focused on the Naval and Maritime Domains. This role can be located ideally in Brisbane, Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne, or Adelaide.

Your new role

This position will provide you with the opportunity to set up and strategically align the business for future growth of this pillar. You will report to the Director and be accountable for strategic direction, growing existing accounts, while also developing future synergies and identifying new key accounts. You will join an existing team and focus on the Naval and Maritime sectors to review markets both current and emerging, to develop and evaluate deliberate growth options for the business across both acquisition and sustainment programs.

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree qualifications in Engineering
• Prior experience in Defence, Naval, or Maritime Systems Engineering Projects
• Experience building trusted relationships across Defence Industry and Government
• Ability to identify, scope, and develop strategic growth opportunities to create new revenue streams and sustainable business
• Due to the industry environment, you must be eligible to obtain an Australian Defence Security Clearance.
