Business Development Manager

The Opportunity:
Our two WA based RTOs deliver funded training across a variety of industries, including Aged Care and Disability Support, Community Services, Business, Childcare, Retail, Civil Construction, Supply Chain Warehousing in the Perth market is growing. And we are looking for a highly driven, experienced self-motivated, and passionate Training Advisor to join the existing team.
  
This role is an exciting opportunity for someone who challenge focussed, results driven and a team player.

You will be kept busy by establishing professional relationships throughout metropolitan Perth as well as using your existing networks. A hands-on role, you will be client-facing, meeting with Job Network agencies, identifying and prospecting potential students and supporting opportunities to provide government funded accredited training to individuals.
  
About You:
You will possess the following skills and attributes:

• Business development background within Education and Training industry advantageous, or experience working with Workforce Australia providers.
• The ability to successfully advise on training opportunities across multiple industries to potential students.
• Self-motivated and driven, enthusiastic, passionate and professional
• A demonstrated track record of providing customer service, account management and sales excellence.
• Exceptional time management and organisational skills
• Knowledge of Vocational Education system and AQTF compliance standards preferred.
• A knowledge of the WA VET sector and the funding landscape in Western Australia is an advantage.
• Driver’s licence and own car, as travel to will be required to maintain client relationship.
