You'll play a crucial role in supporting and driving the success of our extensive broker network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main liaison for Asset Brokers across our network, providing top-notch support and guidance.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to boost broker engagement and productivity.
• Identify and seize new business opportunities within the asset finance sector.
• Collaborate with brokers to structure and close finance deals, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Provide training and development resources to enhance brokers' knowledge and skills.
• Monitor and report on broker performance, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Represent Ausloans Finance Group at industry events and conferences, promoting our services and expanding our network.

Key Requirements:

• Extensive experience in the asset finance sector with a deep understanding of various finance deals.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with brokers and clients.
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful business development strategies.
• High confidence, self-motivation, and a proactive approach to supporting a large network of brokers.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with brokers and attend industry events.
