WHO WE ARE:

Bridgebury Real Estate is an exciting innovative Real Estate agency that offers services in Residential Sales & Property Management. Since we opened in 2015 we have go on to win numerous awards and are proud of the team culture we have created. Most recently we have gone on to opening two more offices in Ashgrove & on the Sunshine Coast. Bridgebury is at the forefront of technology in the Real Estate industry and provides clients the very best customer service experience. We have a fun team that loves to enjoy office banter, so it's important to us that the right candidate wants to be part of the family. 

WHO WE WANT:

Bridgebury Real Estate are seeking a Business Development Manager. The candidate needs to have the confidence in their ability and totally believe in our project. Ultimately, whilst plenty of training and guidance will be provided, we want someone to make the position their own. Experience in Property Management as a Buiness Developmenet Manager (BDM) is preferred however as this is a sales role, sales experience will be considered. We have plenty of incoming referrals but maximising the result by proactively generating business is a key component of the role. We are looking for an individual that wants to develop their skills and be put on a clear career path for growth. It is important the right candidate is reliable and hard working! As the brand continues to grow quickly, so will the opportunities within the company. Your package can be adjusted on capability, so ultimately if you consistently deliver more properties, you can expect an industry leading package. The position is offered with a fully maintained company car to take home or an increased base salary to use your own.

MUST HAVE'S

  • A Real Estate Registration Certificate
  • Sales Experience
  • Professional Appearance
  • A Current Australian Driving Licence
