We are Australia's premier commercial paintingcontractor, providing a complete painting maintenance service and solutions toa broad range of industries.

We currently have a vacancy to join our teamas a Business Development Manager in Brisbane. Our BDMs are given the autonomyto do as the name suggests – identify new prospects as well as manageestablished clients in a territory. 80% of your time is out of the officeprospecting and on the road going to appointments with clients to provide asolution to their maintenance related needs. Reporting to the Sales Manager ofBrisbane you will:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow an established territory
• Conduct research and planned prospecting for new client – not coldcalling
• Present solution based outcomes in the form of a written proposals,quotes, and responding to tenders to clients
• Complete accurate measures/estimate of the project to be quoted

• Previous solution selling sales experience in the painting, facilities maintenance, building orconstruction industry would help
• Experiencein growing revenue with existing clients, as well as establishing newcustomers
• Experiencein using a CRM to enter/access sales data to assist your success
