We are on the lookout for an experienced Business Development Manager - Commercial Real Estate to join our inspiring team at Oyster People in Eastern Suburbs, Melbourne VIC.

We have an opportunity for a driven and passionate Business Development Manager to join a long established and successful Commercial Real Estate Agency, based in the inner Eastern suburbs. Operating for over 20 years in the Melbourne market, they have built a fantastic reputation and have industry knowledge second to none.

The ideal candidate for this role will be someone with a strong background Commercial Real Estate, with a proven record of self driven results. Whilst internal leads will be provided, having the initiative and out of the box thinking to grow new business is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creating a business pipeline
  • Prospecting for new property management listings
  • Maintaining accurate record keeping in the database 
  • Adhere to set weekly and monthly KPI's and targets 
  • Proactively identifying potential new clients

Required:
